If the baby was pretty, you will be fortunate through the help of friends. However, if the baby was ugly or in any way displeasing to you, look out for treachery in someone you are inclined to trust. Helpless or sick babies are generally a warning of difficulties ahead, so be cautious in your business and/or love affairs. A walking baby indicates sudden independence, and if you dreamed of many babies, great satisfaction and happiness are coming your way.

The meaning of this dream depends on its aspect and your relation to it. In general, if the bachelor was young, your affairs will prosper; if the bachelor was old, you must be more circumspect in what you say or you could lose a valued friend. If you are a married man and you dreamed of being a bachelor, you will have a sudden change of circumstance. For a single man, it is a dream of contrary and means he will soon be running in double harness. For a single woman, it promises a new and happy relationship, while for a married woman, it signals the need for more discretion with male acquaintances.
Back Door

Using the back door instead of the front door in your dream is an indication that some important changes are on the way for you. If it was friends who used your back door, be extremely careful in considering any new ventures. If you dreamed that burglars or strangers were trying to break in your back door, it is the contrariest dream of all; look for a windfall of money!

If you dreamed of baking anything yourself, you may look confidently forward to a rise in status. If the dream concerned a bakery or professional bakers, your year ahead will be prosperous.

A good dream if you were dancing yourself; if you were watching a performance, it is a warning to look after your health.

Toy balloons signify trivial disappointments; however, passenger balloons follow the classical interpretation, and assending is favorable while desending portends setbacks.

If you saw this fruit growing on a tree, you will be lucky in some small matters. If you ate it, you can expect a period of hard work. Spoiled bananas indicate disappointment in friends.

A dream of contrary. Good news influences are moving in around you.

You will be tempted to stoop to some questionable actions if you dreamed of tending a bar. If you were drinking or merely observing the activity in a bar, it is a suggestion to interest yourself in community affairs.

To be completely naked in your dream is a very lucky omen, but if only your feet were bare, you have some difficulties to overcome before you reach your goal.

You need to be firm about refusing plans which don't really appeal to you.

A strange bed forecasts an upturn in business affairs; your own bed promises security; making a bed suggests that you should expect some unexpected visitors.

A strange bedroom, pleasantly furnished, indicates a change for the better; your own bedroom signifies harmony in current affairs.

It is a good omen if you dreamed of pouring or drinking the beer, especially if there was foam on it. But if the beer was flat or stale or others drank it, you are being warned not to be persuaded to enter into some unworthy intrigue which could backfire and damage your reputation.

For a man, this dream connotes loss of virility and suggests a medical checkup. For a woman, it indicates a need for more discretion in choice of companions.

You are sure to have good news soon after a dream of, or giving birth to, a child. If the birth involved animals, it signifies defeat for anyone working against your interests. Multiple births indicate an increase in material wealth. Of course if the dreamer happens to be pregnant, there is no significance.

The interpretation of this dream dependson the circumstances of the dreamer. To see a cage full of birds means a release from anxiety which could come through a sizable inheritance. An empty cage denotes an elopement or a loss of opportunity through carelessness. Two birds in a cage signify success in love affairs.

A fortunate dream signifying satisfaction in both social and business affairs. Very sweet cake indicates a legacy and/or for those employed a promotion. Thickly iced cake predicts gay times ahead. To eat cake in a dream is more fortunate than to bake or buy it, although anything to do with cake is lucky.

Oddly, a dream featuring chocolate drinks, candy, or anything of this flavordoes not, as one might expect, indicate luxury, but it does predict good health and modest contentment.

You can expect increasing security and success in all your affairs if you dreamed of a mixture of bright colors. Individually, or if one color stood out in your dream, the significance is as follows:
Blue - indicates liberation from worry and/or help from outside sources.
Black - is an unfavorable omen unless it is featured in a funeral or other appropriate situation, in which case it forcasts difficulties to be overcome.
Brown - means money luck.
Bright Red - is a warning to curb your temper.
Deep Red - forecasts unexpected good news.
Green - pertains to travel or news from a distance.
Gray - indicates a period of "marking time".
Lavender or Mauve - foretells minor disappointment or transitory unhappiness.
Orange - suggests that an expected change in your situation will be delayed.Pink - predicts unusually great success.
Purple - is a forerunner to happy social affairs.
Yellow - forecasts setbacks and struggles before improvement can be achieved.
White - is a certain promise of success in all that concerns you.

Dreams involving people of a color other than your own are generally lucky omens pertaining to money and/or business, unless the people were some exotic color like green or blue, in which case the dream probably had a digestive origin and no significance.

Whatever its origin or cause, a crash in your dream heralds an important achievement, and the louder or bigger the crash the more noteworthy will be the accomplishment.
Cross Dressing

If this is something you do on a regular basis, then the dream has no significant meaning. If, however, this is not something you actively partake in and it was you who was cross dressing in the dream, then it is a sign that you fear what others think of you. You are afraid that others will view something in your life that you take as normal as immoral or wrong. Unless it is something illegal or dangerous, you need not worry so much. If you saw someone else cross dressing in your dream it could mean you are concerned about anothers actions. Try talking to them and letting them know your concerns. To wish you could cross dress or to envy a cross dresser is a sign that you long for change.

The meaning of this dream varies according to the action. If the ghost simply appeared in your dream, it is an omen of general good luck; however, if you were frightened by it or it spoke to you, it is a warning that some powerful pressure will be brought to bear on you to join in a scheme or activity which is against your principles. Resist the temptation with all the strength you can muster, and if necessary get help from a trusted friend or adviser.

Dreams Q - Z

These interpritations are from "The Dreamer's Dictionary" as well as other sources. I don't plan on posting every interpretation, but I will be adding more. Please be patient with me. Right now I am adding as people ask me to interpret as well as adding the dreams being studied in the spirituality class I teach at Castle Walls.

If you have a specific dream question or interpretation you'd like added, please e-mail me or post it to the message forum located on the Forgotten Path Community page.

I have had several e-mails lately on dream symbols/topics that are not listed in any books I have and that I have no idea how to interpret, so I am going to list them here and if anyone can interpret them please e-mail me and I will e-mail the questioners as well as post the interpretations above. The symbols/topics are:
air raid sirens
people who are actually dead in life having died and come back to life as themselves in the dream
a battle ship on wheels on land.
